Round 7 Inauguration

7th round of the World Junior Chess Championships 2014 on 12th Oct 2014 on both the Open and Girls sections were inaugurated by Aniruddha Deshpande, Vice President of Maharashtra Chess Association and Chairman of the organizing committee. The ceremonial first move was made on the top board game between GM Cori Jorge (Peru) and GM Mikhail Antipov (Russia) in the Open section and at the Girls section at the top board game between WGM Padmini Rout (India) and FM Daria Pustovoitova (Russia)
